This location data is only captured when the functionality requires it and is not continuously tracked in the background.

The App uses the camera for specific functions:

  • Capturing asset images.
  • Uploading images of bills, receipts, or documents.

The App does not access or store personal photos or media outside the intended functionality.

3.5 Asset Management Data

  • Images of company assets (laptops, devices, equipment).
  • Serial numbers or barcodes, if scanned for inventory tracking.
