This App has been developed specifically for employees of Sysnet Global Pvt. Ltd. and is intended to support day-to-day operations such as attendance management, asset management, field service operations, location validation, and internal communications.

Our workforce exceeds 20,000 employees, and this App is an internal tool created to simplify workflows, enhance transparency, and maintain accountability across all operational levels.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information when you use our App. It explains:

3.2 Attendance Data

• Check-in/Check-out Records: To maintain accurate employee attendance.
• Location at the time of attendance: To validate that employees are marking attendance from assigned work or customer locations.

3.3 Location Data

The App may access real-time location during specific functions such as:

• Field visits to customer locations.
• Asset verification assignments.
• Attendance at designated workplaces.

This location data is only captured when the functionality requires it and is not continuously tracked in the background.

3.4 Camera and Media Access

The App uses the camera for specific functions:

• Capturing asset images.
• Uploading images of bills, receipts, or documents.

The App does not access or store personal photos or media outside the intended functionality.

3.5 Asset Management Data

• Images of company assets (laptops, devices, equipment).
• Serial numbers or barcodes, if scanned for inventory tracking.

3.6 System Data

• Device Information (Device ID, OS version) → for security and to prevent unauthorized use.
• App Usage Logs → to ensure proper functioning and resolve technical issues.

We collect and process data solely for legitimate business and operational purposes.

4.1 Attendance Management

• To verify employee presence at the workplace.
• To ensure attendance is genuine and location-verified.

4.2 Asset Management

• To track company assets provided to employees.
• To validate usage and prevent asset misuse.

4.3 Field Service Validation

• Location ensures employees reach the correct customer location.
• Camera ensures correct documentation of service delivery (like uploading bills).

4.4 Security and Access Control

• Device ID prevents unauthorized logins from unknown devices.
• Company email ensures only official employees can access the App.

• Collected data helps improve workflow.
• Provides managers with visibility into field operations and employee activities.

5.1 Internal Use Only

All data collected is used only for company operations and is not sold, rented, or disclosed outside the organization.

5.2 Secure Storage

Data is stored on internal company servers hosted by Sysnet Global Pvt. Ltd.

We use secure HTTP APIs for communication between the App and our internal systems.

Encryption is applied wherever necessary to prevent data interception.

5.3 No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share employee data with third-party vendors.

The App is strictly for internal organizational purposes.

5.4 Limited Data Access

Only authorized personnel such as HR, Admin, and Managers have access to relevant employee data as required for business functions.

This App is intended only for employees of Sysnet Global Pvt. Ltd. While technically individuals above the age of 10 may be able to use the App, the App is not targeted at children and is strictly for organizational use.

As an employee and user of the App, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access → You can request to know what data is collected about you.
• Right to Rectification → You can request corrections if any data is incorrect.
• Right to Deletion → You can request deletion of specific records (subject to HR approval).
• Right to Restrict Processing → You can limit how your data is used, where possible.

We take employee data security seriously. Measures include:

• Enforcing login only via company-issued credentials.
• Restricting access to internal servers only.
• Using device binding (via Device ID) to prevent unauthorized use.
• Encrypting sensitive communication wherever required.
• Regular audits of data usage and access.

• Attendance and operational data are stored as long as required by company policy and statutory compliance.
• Asset records are retained until assets are returned or decommissioned.
• Location and image data are stored only for operational proof and audit purposes.
• Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

Currently, this App does not use third-party SDKs or external analytics services.

If in the future we integrate such services (e.g., Google Firebase, Payment gateways, or Analytics), employees will be notified, and this Privacy Policy will be updated.
